Chris Mikul is a Sydney-based writer and illustrator whose books include Bizarrism: Strange Lives, Cults, Celebrated Lunacy (a compilation of articles from his long-running zine of the same name), Tales of the Macabre and Ordinary and The Cult Files.

He has recently finished The Eccentropedia: The Most Unusual People Who Have Ever Lived (to be published by Headpress) and is currently working on a book on impostors.
